  • Leadership Development (Altitude)

    This is a 9-month cohort covering more than 40 lessons and tools. Each week participants watch a short video and complete and assignment. Twice a month the cohort meets virtually to discuss learnings and apply them to real life scenarios

  • Purpose (Leading from Your Core)

    Each of us was created to do good works, but do we clearly understand how our gifts, talents, passions, and experiences align towards a clear purpose? This is either an individualized course or is completed in a cohort format. In it we do a deep dive on identity, purpose, and story.

  • Leadership Transitions

    Significant transitions are called “life quakes.” In this individualized course we’ll walk you through the three transitions zones (necessary endings, messy middle, and new beginnings) while staying rooted in your core identity, purpose and story.
